DAVID SÁNCHEZ RUIZ
Lawyer specialised in inheritance law, patrimonial matters and residency procedures in Spain
David Sánchez Ruiz brings comprehensive expertise in inheritance law, wills, civil law and residency and nationality procedures in Spain.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Granada, complemented by a Master in Institutions of the European Union (Jean Monnet Chair) and a Master in Legal Practice from the Bar Association of Granada.
He is a member of the Málaga Bar Association (No. 5.613).
David regularly advises families, residents and non-residents in inheritance procedures, will preparation and execution, estate planning and residency and nationality applications.

ANTONIO JOSÉ MARÍN GONZÉLEZ

Antonio José Marín González forms part of the legal team at DRG Lawyers, providing support primarily in real estate and immigration matters. His work stands out for its precision, attention to detail and commitment to client service.
In the real estate area, he assists with the drafting and review of lease and purchase agreements, prepares and coordinates notarial signings and participates in negotiations with developers, sellers, buyers and landlords. He also advises on issues related to ownership, possession and contractual obligations.
In immigration law, Antonio José processes applications for NIE numbers, residency permits, renewals, permit modifications and EU family member cards. He accompanies clients throughout the administrative process, ensuring proper documentation, requirement compliance and follow-up.
